SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Bounce and Slide Inflatables provides professional delivery, setup, and pickup services for all our rental equipment. To ensure a smooth event, please review our requirements below.
1. SERVICE AREA & DELIVERY FEES
We proudly serve Florida and surrounding areas.
- Standard Delivery: Delivery is included/discounted for locations within a 424-505-7966 mile radius of our warehouse in Daytona Beach.
- Extended Delivery: For locations outside our standard radius, a delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on mileage and fuel costs.
- Minimum Order: Some distant locations may require a minimum order total to qualify for delivery.
2. DELIVERY & SETUP TIMING
- Window of Arrival: We typically deliver and set up 1 to 4 hours before your event start time.
- Scheduling: You will receive a text or email confirmation [24-48 hours] before your event with a specific delivery window.
- Late-Night Pickups: Standard pickups begin at [Insert Time, e.g., 7:00 PM]. If your event runs late, please contact us in advance to arrange a “Late Night” or “Next Day” pickup (subject to availability and an additional fee).
3. SETUP SITE REQUIREMENTS
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the setup area is ready before the delivery truck arrives.
- Dimensions: Please check the “Space Required” dimensions on the product page. Ensure there is at least 3 feet of clearance around all sides of the unit and no overhead obstructions (trees/power lines).
- Surface: We can set up on Grass, Dirt, or Concrete/Asphalt. We cannot set up on gravel, bark, or rocky terrain as it damages the vinyl. You must specify the surface type during booking so we bring the correct anchors (stakes vs. sandbags).
- Clearance: Our delivery crews require a minimum path width of 3 to 4 feet to move the rolled-up units. We cannot haul large inflatables up steep stairs or over fences.
- Debris: The area must be flat and clear of rocks, sticks, and pet waste. If the site is not clear of pet waste, we reserve the right to refuse setup without a refund.
4. ELECTRICITY & WATER ACCESS
- Power: Each blower requires a dedicated 110v/20amp circuit within 50-75 feet of the setup area. If you are at a park or a location without power, you must rent a generator from us.
- Water: For water slides, the customer must provide a functioning water spigot and a garden hose that reaches the setup site.
5. DELIVERY REFUSALS & UNREACHABLE SITES
If our delivery team arrives and cannot set up for any of the following reasons, the rental fee remains non-refundable:
- No one is present to grant access to the property.
- The setup area is unsafe or does not meet the requirements listed above.
- There is no adequate power source.
- The unit will not fit in the designated space.
6. DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY
Our team inspects and cleans every unit during setup. If you notice any pre-existing damage or functional issues while our team is on-site, please point it out immediately so we can address it or document it.
