TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Bounce and Slide Inflatables (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or entity renting the equipment (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By booking a rental with us, you agree to the following:

1. RENTAL BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  • Reservation: A rental is only confirmed once a deposit (if applicable) is received and a confirmation email is sent.
  • Payment: Full payment is due [at the time of booking / upon delivery]. We accept [Cash, Credit Cards, PayPal, etc.].
  • Cancellations: * Cancellations made more than 3 days before the event will receive a Partial refund.
    • Cancellations made within hours of the event may forfeit the deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. WEATHER POLICY

The safety of your guests is our top priority.

  • Company Rights: We reserve the right to cancel a rental if weather conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., high winds exceeding 15-20 mph, heavy rain, or lightning).
  • Rain/Wind during Event: If unsafe weather occurs after setup, the Customer must evacuate the inflatable and turn off the blower immediately. No refunds will be issued once the equipment is set up.

3. DELIVERY AND SETUP

  • Access: The Customer must provide a clear, unobstructed path (at least 3-4 feet wide) to the setup area.
  • Surface: The setup area must be flat and clear of rocks, sticks, pet waste, and overhead power lines. We can set up on grass, dirt, or concrete (must be specified at booking).
  • Utilities: The Customer is responsible for providing a dedicated power outlet within [50/75] feet of the setup. For water slides, the Customer must provide a water source and a hose that reaches the unit.

4. SAFETY AND OPERATING RULES

Adult supervision is required at all times. The Customer agrees to follow these safety rules:

  • No flips, wrestling, or rough play.
  • No shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, or sharp objects inside the inflatable.
  • No food, drink, gum, or “Silly String” (Silly String causes permanent damage to vinyl).
  • Observe age/weight limits as posted on the unit.
  • Keep participants of significantly different sizes separate to prevent injury.

5. DAMAGE AND CLEANING FEES

  • General Damage: The Customer is responsible for any damage to the equipment (other than normal wear and tear) occurring during the rental period.
  • Silly String/Cleaning: If Silly String, gum, or excessive mud/trash is found on the unit, a cleaning fee of $[Insert Amount] will be charged.
  • Theft: The Customer is responsible for the full replacement cost of the equipment if it is lost or stolen while in their possession.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

The Customer acknowledges that use of an inflatable involves inherent risks of injury.

  • Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks related to the use of the equipment.
  • Release: You release Bounce and Slide Inflatables, its owners, and employees from any and all claims for injuries, damages, or loss arising out of the rental, setup, or use of the equipment.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any third-party claims or attorney fees resulting from the use of the equipment during your rental period.

7. EQUIPMENT POSSESSION

The equipment remains the property of Bounce and Slide Inflatables. The Customer shall not move, sub-rent, or modify the equipment. We reserve the right to enter the premises to retrieve our equipment at the end of the rental period or in the event of a breach of this Agreement.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the US.


BY ACCEPTING THE EQUIPMENT OR PAYING THE DEPOSIT, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS.
